CLASS DESCRIPTION
Empower Teen Yoga Therapy is a supportive, skills-based program designed to help teenagers build confidence, emotional regulation, and physical strength in a safe and inclusive environment.
Each session combines purposeful yoga postures and sequences to develop strength, stability, and body awareness, alongside practical breathwork and guided meditation to support focus, stress management, and emotional balance.
Teens are introduced to simple, evidence-informed mindfulness strategies they can use in everyday life — at school, at home, and in social situations. Journaling is incorporated as a tool for self-reflection, emotional expression, and developing a stronger sense of self.
Group sessions encourage connection, respect, and having a voice. Teens are supported to share (when they choose), build communication skills, and feel seen and heard without pressure or judgement.
This program is not about flexibility or performance — it’s about building resilience, self-trust, and practical tools teens can carry with them beyond the mat.
